About Shane & the Birth of Overwatch Solutions

With over 35 years of service as a paramedic, firefighter, and law enforcement officer, Shane brings a lifetime of real-world public safety experience. After retiring, he felt a strong calling to continue serving his community in a new way—by equipping others with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to stay safe and be prepared.

Overwatch Solutions was born from that mission: to provide personalized safety and security training to individuals, families, businesses, churches, and professionals facing real-world threats.

The need became clear through personal, impactful moments. One involved a family friend—an experienced real estate agent—who felt uneasy about a property showing and asked Shane to accompany her. That moment revealed how vulnerable many professionals are in their day-to-day work and how a little preparation can make all the difference.

Another defining moment came when the child of a close friend was seriously burned by hot coffee. Shane was called for help, and thanks to the quick actions of the child’s mother and the guidance offered, the child made a full recovery. These moments and many others became the driving force behind Overwatch Solutions.

Our Mission

Rooted in Proverbs 24:10–12, Overwatch Solutions exists to protect, prepare, and serve—giving all the glory to God for each opportunity and every life impacted. We believe preparation is a form of stewardship, and through grace and grit, we are committed to making a difference.
